Ball Mill

The ball mill has a horlzontal type and tubular running device,and two warehouse. This machine is gril type and its outside runs along gear,the material enters spirally and evenly the first warehouse of the milling along the input material hollow axle by input matearial device,in this warehouse,these is a ladder scaleboard or ripple scoleboard,and different specification steel balls are installed on the scaleboard,when the barrel body rotates and then products centrifugal force, at this time,the steel ball is carrled to some height and falls to grind and strike the materials,after being grinded coarsely in the first warehouse,the material then enters into the second arehouse for regrinding with the steel ball and scaleboard,in the end,the power is discharged by output naterial board and the end products are completed.

After the first crushing,the ball mill is a key equipment for regrinding,it is widely used for the cement,the sllicale product,new type building mkaterial,fire proof material,chemical fertillzer,black and non ferrous metal,glass,ceramics and so on,our ball mill can grind ore or other materials that can be grinded elther by wet process or by dry process.
