Efficient Micro-powder Grinding Mill

During working process,axletree seat and effiser air-in are bult on the main seat.the antrum of mill is on the effuser air-in,mult-layer dlal set on the main axle lies in the middle of grinding antrum.There are several rollers allstilburling evenly on each dlal,a gear reduser and motor are set on the main seat,while the power collector is set on the top of the antrum mill.the main motor drives main axle and every rotating by reducer, dall drives numbers of rollers rolling and rotating in the ring by pinties.Big matirels are crushed into smaller particles by hammer crusher.then they are sent to store house by elevator,the electro-magnetic vibrating feeder send the materials evenly to the middle of the upper dial,under the function of eccentriclty,the materials scatter to the slde of the clrcle and fall into the ring to be presed,cruched and milled into pieces by rollers,aftre the first crush,material fall into the second and the third layer, the pumping of the high-pressure centrilfugal blower put the outside air into the machine.the coarse power will be brought into the classlfier.Therotating turbine in the collector makes the coarse particles fall back for regrinding ,the fine particles will come onto the cyclone collector with the airflow and be discharged by the discharging valve on the bottom of the collector.they are the final products.The airflow with little dust will be discharged through blower and muffler after being purifled by the cyclone collector.

Applicability

Efficient micro-power grinding mill is suitable for middle and lower hardness degree is bellow 6,non-explosive,non-flarrnable aerials.such as gind cakite,limestone,cakite,dolomite,kaolin,bentonite Tak,illite,pyrophillite,barite,potash ore and other morethan 100 kinds of materials.the final product size can be adjusted as requied in the rang of 400-3000 meshes.

Grinding rollors and wearing ring are maked in special materials,which make the service time of the quick-wear part much longer.Under same condition of material and finisged particle size,the lifetime of the quick- wear part is longer than that of impact crusher and turbine crusher about 2-5times,it can be generally more than one year.if it is for calcium carbonnate or calcspar,the lifetime is about 2-5 year.

Because there are no axle tree or bolt in the grinding antrum,there will be no wearout of bearing or sealing part,also no loose of bolts.
4.high product fineness
The product fineness can till D97 below 5um after the first crushing.
5.Environmental protection
It will lighten pollution and noise by using deduster and muffier,which achieves environmeatal protection requiremeat.
