Flotation Machine
Flotation machine is applied in separation of non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, noble metals, non-metallic mineral, raw chemical materials and recycled useful minerals. The device has the following characteristics: high inspiratory capacity, low power consumption. Every trough has three functions of drawing air, drawing slurry and flotation, forming as a flotation circuit.It does not require any auxiliary equipment and equipped at a horizontal line for a convenient modification of process configuration. Slurry cycle is reasonable, and can maximum reduce the coarse sediment. It is easy to adjust the self-control device at ore slurry level. The impeller has backward curved blades both up and down. Upper blade is in charge of the upper cylcle of ore slurry and lower blade causes the lower cycle of ore slurry.
How it works
The impellers are driven through V- belt transmission, which brings centrifugal effect to form the negative pressure. On the one hand, the flotation machine inhales sufficient air to mix with ore slurry; on the other hand it stirs ore slurry and mix with medication to form the mineralized froth. By adjusting the height of flashboard to control the liquid level and make the useful froth scraped by loam board.
