First the materials are crushed by the jaw crusher,then the crushed materials are transferred to a hopper by the elevator ,fed uniformly.quantltatively and continously by the vibration feeder to the grinding chamber of the main frame for grinding.the grinded particles are brought up by the air current of the blower into the classifier for classification.the particles with the required fineness are brought up by the air current through the pipe into a collector for separation and collection,the finished particles are discharged from a pipe outlet,Because of some moisture contained in the materials to be grinded,the heat resulting from grinding leads to the vaporized air which changes the airflow volume,Moreover,the outside air inhaled from the narrow gaps of the piping connections can increase the volume of air current.Therefore,it is necessary to adjust redundant air pipe between the blower and the main unit for keeping the balance of the air current.Then the redundant air is quided into a cloth bag of a dust cleaner to collect the fine power in the air,Finally, the redundant air is discharged after purfication.

Structure

Raymond mill consists of main frame,duct fan,analyzer,cyclone powder collection device,bag duct collector and pipe connection.we will provide the elevator,bunker,electrical cabinet,feeder,crusherand so on. to meet clients’requirements.
Features and benefites
In the micro-powder grinding room,the rollers hanged on the roller lifting frame,which is fixed with the main sheft and the scraper knife.the pressure spring press on the outer of the cantilever by tension rod,with the corss arm sheft as the pporting point. let roller tightly press on the inner surface of the ring.when the motor moved with equipment,the scraper knife on the scraper frame moved with the roller at the same time.as the roller moved on the inner sphere surface and moved itself.analyzer let the analyzer runner rotated by motor equipments,and the powder fineness depend on the speed adjustment of the analyzer.

Applicability

Raymond mill is suitable in grinding bartle,limestone,ceromic,coking coaland so on.it is mainly applied to the powder processing
of mineral products in the industries of mining,metallurgy,constrution materials and chemicl materials.ect.more than 280 kinds of high finesse powder grinded,and the final product size can be adjusted as requied in the rang of 80-425meshes(even til 1000meshes).
