The GVZ serirs stone shaper is the fifth generation vertical impact crusher Shanghai Golden machinery CO.,LTD,which used Barmac principle.It is a production of high performance concrete (C40 and above) aggregate (stone) and necessary equipment of high quality stone.After the bone through the shaping machine (stone )metarials no more than 5% of needle flake,can fully meet the high rise building with high performance concrete(C40-C80) the technical requiements for aggregate used for highway,raiway,hydropower stations,bridges,tunnels and contrete mixing station.

Working principle

Center feeding:Material falling into the hopper,the feed from the center hole into the high speed rotation of the impeller through the impeller rapid injection hole,first with the free fall after the rebound in the other part of the materials to impact,and then with the impact of the impeller.injection material is a real stone at stone theory,a collision plastic material,so that the type of materials eventually become the best body.the last by the host body of the following discharge port discharge.
